HOW CAN I PARTICIPATE AND HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
Simply join us at Sara park each month for our free community skate party events. Our event is completely free to all attendees. We do accept donations, as it helps us cover event costs.
HOW OFTEN DOES HAVASU SKATES MEET?
We have 6 events this year in 2025. March 8, April 19, May 10, June 14, Sept 13 and Oct 18. We can't wait to see you on the rink!
WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED AND IS FOOD AVAILABLE?
Sara Park Rotary Rink, next to the baseball field and Speedway 95. We have food vendors at every event, so there's plenty of delicious eats and treats to try.
DO YOU RENT SKATES?
We do have a limited amount of rental skates for $5 donation. We are also accepting skates, so if you have an old pair you no longer use, let us know we'd be happy to receive them.
ARE YOU A NON-PROFIT 501C3?
Yes, we are! Our 501c3 status was approved November 2022 and we are over the moon excited for all the wonderful things to come in the very near future.
HOW CAN I DONATE OR SPONSOR?
Gift cards and other items that we can raffle at our events are greatly needed and appreciated. Monetary donations and sponsorships can be sent cash, check or Zelle. Contact us directly for more information at; info@havasuskates.com
CAN WE BRING SCOOTER, SKATEBOARD AND OTHER WHEELED SPORTS EQUIPMENT?
Scooters, Skateboards and motorized wheels are allowed OUTSIDE of the rink, but not inside the rink. Rotary rink is solely for roller skate/blade use.
WHERE CAN I GET ROLLER SKATES/BLADES?
We recommend buying online or in town at the following locations: Big 5, Action Sports, Beachcombers and Walmart. If you buy online: Amazon, Moxi Skates, Empire Skates or City Girls Skates.
